It seems now that the oil prices are going to be as high as the Himalayas, we finally start realizing most of the oil is not in those English speaking countries. However, the technology to extract the black gold seems to be in countries speaking English. The Texas oil industry has flourished and a bast array of companies with the technology to feed many of the countries needing to extract the oil but for some reason not having the advances to get to their target. It doesn’t really matter if they don’t like it politically, Brazil, Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar may have to take the chance to take on those opportunities.
