I am a case manager at Aging Services in Cedar Rapids and I have a few questions for you. I recently got a referral for a new client but have discovered that she does not speak English. I am unfamiliar with your program, IITA, but my understanding is that you can help with translating in the community? If this is the case, my agency is wondering if this is a free of charge service (our clients are all low income) or if there is a charge who much it is. Also, any additional information or conditions that may be helpful to me would be appreciated as I explore available options for this client and my agency.
