I am a professional freelance translator and interpreter, specialising in scientific and technical translations from English into French (Technical background: former Nuclear Engineer in France). I belong to the ITI (Institute of Translators and Interpreters), SFT (La Société Française de Traducteurs). I am also a corresponding member of the ATA (American Translators Association).
Being a former nuclear engineer, my specialities are mainly technical: electrical, mechanical engineering, but also, communications, instrumentations, IT, oil and gas industry, packaging, agricultural equipment, medical equipment, etc. I translate technical manuals and software programs for machinery and equipment, brochures and bulletins, but also general documentation (survey, study, letters, etc.).
