The Release Agreement

Today we did a rush-in translation of a release agreement. There is no translation that can not be done if you have the right guns to do it. However, many times, it really does not matter how much experience the interpreter may have the legal translation can sometimes be difficult based in culture, background and experience of the person reading the material been translated. It its difficult to translated a term that make perfect sense in English but for some reason the Spanish translation may not fly so smooth because of different legal terminology. He just want to make sure that all the parties involved in reading the translation will have a fair grip of the total meaning of the translation. It is important to have in consideration with all the legal terms that the client should seek legal counsel to translate from his or her native tongue in to the plain, good, old native characters. Recently, we feel this can be a pattern.
